Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Monday, April 11, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Uitvaartcentrum Bouwens, Startbaan 7 hoek Van der Hooplaan, Amstelveen.

The memorial service will take place before the cremation, on Tuesday April 12, at 3:00 pm at Crematorium Bouwens, Noorddammerweg 40, Uithoorn.
